By purchasing any of our products or services, you are agreeing to the policies described here.
If your payment fails, your order is cancelled. If you ordered a product, the product is immediately placed back in stock for anyone to buy. If you ordered a reading or dream interpretation, you may simply re-submit your order.
Refunds will be given for any product returned unopened and in its original packaging. Refunds will cover the cost of the product, not including shipping or taxes.
Refunds will be given for any product that arrives damaged and is returned to us, either in its original packaging or in new packaging. The refunds will be dispersed when we receive the returned product.
If you receive a damaged product and wish to return it, please contact us, so that we can provide you with a shipping label. That way, you can return it at no cost to you. We will only pay for return shipping for damaged products. Shipping for returned, unopened products will not be paid for or refunded.
Refunds for damaged products will only be offered for 30 days from the date that the product is received by you, as indicated by the tracking number on the package. If a product is returned 31 days or more, after you received it, you will not be refunded.
Some products are consumables in containers. While they may be returned if the containers are damaged, no refund will be offered if the products have been consumed. We will not provide refunds for any empty, damaged containers that are returned.
There are no refunds or returns for Tarot readings and dream interpretation services.
All readings are for entertainment value only. We do not guarantee their accuracy and they should not be taken as fact. Any decisions you make after purchasing any of our services are entirely your own and we shall not be held responsible for any loss or damages you may incur.
